Not facing a reread itself and I can't imagine who might but up it goes, minus a part on Putin and Wurmbrand (but a bit more here), used in a post on this new platform.
Ah well - a prophetic act is.
From a couple of weeks, November 2015.
Doubtless it has a bit more of my 'why' in it.
Worship and War
Martyn Lloyd Jones became a magnet for the travelling-in multitudes from 1950 to 1980 at Westminster Chapel (London). Unwittingly he further stuck Sunday Services into being sermon-centric, the hangover; discouraging more circumspect time-keeping by less blessed voices. Today Evangelicals are mostly done-in by conviction-less talks and post-1980 strumming, drumming, flat-chorus mumbling. One thing this last best Reformer said, is unless we sometimes sound like we're teaching something that offers too much room, we're probably not preaching grace. Martyn's point is a pearl.
The difficulty about 'God and sex' is the same as God and 'whatever might not be/is not best' - but sing 'when sin abounds grace...' and straight away the shutters come down and two reactions. From Jesus seekers: 'You want contemporary compromise?' And from cynics: 'You should admit your book says you get bells ringing Mr and Mrs or you don't touch. (Like that or not, ha, ha, ha...)'.
Of course any middle grounding is considered a muddle without a paddle. We want the Bible to be clearly clarified, trouble is, it sometimes doesn't in a more honest, tradition-challenging, context. Gay girls and boys for example? Bang on and on - but obviously it isn't clear, otherwise the turning tide within too many/much of the respectful amongst the flock, wouldn't have a case. Sex before, and when else other-wise? When fences keep being breached - why? Is it just raging 21st century bulling and so-called compromise?
Here's my go at the chestnut. 'When Kings go out to war...'. David stayed back, puts Bathsheba in the big bloodline (oh how the Illuminates are desperate to co-opt) and murders her - honourable - hubby to cover his tracks. He came back from the front and here's my pitch; chose to stay with his comrades rather than the beckoning warm embrace of his wife.
For me this is a personal white light/white heat of a verse and passage. Second, and primary reason, to be a one-lover man is worship. Or one-step-beyond Paul said, 'want my advice, stay on your tod' - there's a war and God is calling our worship and prayer. 'Save you troubles' said the Apostle.
To try and pull this into the dock. We follow Christ or not: Sex is a skyscraper that in seconds does a building 7. No one who's not young in mind and/or a dreamboat doesn't know this. One minute a burning (again Paul... "go-on then find some-one"), the next, raining deplete. What's God's view? Well I think we know, more or less, depending on the searing inside/heal-up. No way is the roughly-popular understanding of the Bible all and only a cultural construct, keeping us from the orgies we should regret not having. Yet the substitute isn't guilty dominance - although restraint and resistance can be a painful friend - but the built-for motion: Devotion and mission.
But what do we do if that's locked up and out of sight. Smash these gates tomorrow.
Honour between the sheets, a most gigantic struggle. Or should I say afterwards. Or in never meeting a match, or a fling. Or expectations.
Or... in the yes-understated child abuse and murder epidemic, the bad-bad misery of the central cult’s devotion to their demon sucking religion. From beauty to the base, shoved in our faces, screen-painted as all-kicks and whistles. Under the belly is more than dollar-grabbing cynics, it’s the beast of burdens, capturing us by our chemical switches.
Two directions being pushed: Give up or - go porno, and get into a racing experiment that’s never enough or biasing us to one body.
(A reference for modernity’s decadence lift-off is the Weimar Republic (1919-1933) with the ‘tune-in, drop-out’ 60’s - the establishment's drop-kick).
‘Sex and Love Anonymous, theory valid or not, demonstrate the/our thing/s, easily get out of hand. (A ‘suggestion in mentioning this). B. Springsteen joked men call their firecracker a name because it ‘makes all the decisions'. Of course I’m just a-babblin’ here but I have to honour any watchers. Also, ain't yet met the man I believe over-charged me (see yesterday).
Bible kicked about, straight and post-wedding, the evangelical buffer zone.
Let me rattle on about this tomorrow - and love.
Honour (pt 3)
I didn’t post yesterday because I spent the time doing a comment. It mentioned Ron Paul, a politician who remarkably can be summed up by the word, hon-our-able.
That’s one - “have you ever...”
I’m determined to post everyday. God willing and “amen” (so be it).
On that last sentence and last word of a typical prayer. It is conveyed as though it’s supposed to end with a hopeful utterance that says, ‘let’s hope/maybe/may-God/might...’ or more assertive faith-campers will invest conviction of belief that it ‘will’ be. Yet it illustrates a theological twist that ought to be untangled.
A closed view of God, like Islam and most other God-believers, tends toward carefully measuring our involvement in what’s asked, this seen to ‘honour’ God. Obviously all see responsibility is critical (let's hope) but the unseen /out of our hands - goes this way or that - stuff, is seen more as God’s will or not. Particularly in talking about it to and with God.
It’s not my place to counter a Muslim’s beliefs because their unpacking of ‘inshallah’ (if God is willing...), at least comes from an integral reading of the Koran. But the understanding of the Bible, had a superimposed view that came from assumed intelligence that already decided ‘who God should be' rather than what is revealed. The only other option is the Bible doesn’t specifically say what is claimed or, although reads like this - isn't saying such but hey, it’s gotta be that way.
This is the trouble Jesus-slammers are digging at in their claims Christianity is a sap to slavery. Turn your cheek, obey the authorities and sucker up to the kings. On this basis there’s a number of persuasive theories that it was written, or redone, for this purpose.
One generally accepted difference. Islam and most mainstream church, charge down different lines regarding the public realm. Islam provides a basis to run the Government and doesn’t really speak to believers not living in and under this situation. And Christians, mainly suggest they should influence but don’t have a mandate to take-over, at least instructions for structures.
Back to Amen. Its root is translated as true, firm and dependable. It could've been reappropriated by Moses from an Egyptian god. More likely, a whipped-up newbie.
Jesus would repeat the word twice before some sentences for emphasis.
I was also ripped-off yesterday by a business. Relatively small amount of money, nevertheless it stung. I regretted trusting but that’s what happens if you don’t double check what you should do beforehand. I’m sick of this though, sick of the everybody making a sucker out of everyone they can. You exclaim - this, an exaggeration. It is, but this immoral morass is ever-swamping us, a deep sludge clogging up our faith in the good.
What do I say, or do, when I have to face this person again who charged what I thought was necessary, fair and wasn’t?
Got a word from dear Steve: tell him to keep the money but ask to refund the profit over cost and keep what he would've given me (that'll do). Principle. (Will let you know how it goes tomorrow).
Jesus never trusted people because ‘he knew what was in them’. Yet he asked us to give like a loon.
Jesus was outrageous on all this. On one hand, said be wise and watch out, the other ‘let them take’ and then... give 'em some more. And a bit. This though was said to people he expected would likewise, receive all they needed by way of God intervening. Old miraculous provision. Grow on trees.
‘Not judging’ is another.
And I’m done for today.
Honour (pt 2)
Honour tends to be associated with the object; someone/or thing, deserving recognition for an achievement or purpose. It can also about the giver’s fitting response to this - and being honorable. All sounds noble and exceptional. Otherwise it can be used in describing following through what we say. This last definition was at least thoroughly understood and accepted over centuries, obviously a hotch-potch of reality in action. One hundred years ago say; the ‘a man is his word’ moved on to becoming, ‘...of his word’ - to - alright...‘words are cheap’.
In N.T. Greek, the word is, ‘time’: A valuing, hence objectively -or- a price paid/received -or- the preciousness of Christ to and from believers -or- it can be the way we deal with ourselves. Honour was a live and could be die issue back then. Hence, Jesus radical repentance and forgiveness streaked through and struck the religious hiding behind their robes and masks. Thieves on crosses got choices to change their mind, the horror of their dishonour for - Gk again - ‘doxo’ (glory). This word, understandably although not necessarily as accurately, occasionally translated ‘honour’.
Honour in more modern times, started dying on mass with the advent of television, moving into zombie resurrection over these last twenty-internet-years. Its cousin empathy lost its favour during the same period, showing its steep decline to relative extinction at a somewhat earlier stage. Facebook, for example, was set up to track progress. Track us. This social network is two clicks from hitting the history documenting this, but those two keystrokes are game-planned not likely to be touched.
‘Time’ in the Greek for ‘honour’.
A ramble-on worship and politics
God longs for our attention. Our most intimate response is to worship. The need, inspired by the difference God is, and what we see or know otherwise. Whilst worshiping God is voluntary, the claim is when seen face to face, it’s all we can do. Knowledge now of this love, the emotion, pull, overcoming and all encompassing unimaginable wonder, is a natural response. In a next new-body, how will we stand in this blazing purity of goodness?
In Jesus dying, a way through - now and then - is open. Without some conscious embracing, a saving from what we are alone, we risk unavoidable destruction. There’s hope in a universal way but promised assurance is presently available. Best we seek the truth about this, trying not to allow the onslaught of reasons to be prejudice against a church put us off. Redundancy and a jarring mismatch reigns but an imploring Holy Spirit seeks us, to seek realities and possibilities, God is...
It might strike quite a chord ‘Jesus died for somebody's sins but not mine...’ a rightly-bold defiance if revelation hasn’t come. Yet, there’s a way to bring fire in the belly, a spark and lights-on: Read the Bible and speak whatever comes. Shout out and to the other. A dangerous invite? With groans, and all that is less pretense. This should shift blocks.
The other side of the cross and Christ was and is political. The who-knows if it was ‘fallen angels’ or what but manifest evil, outside of anything from within, is strangely evident. People in charge, now more than ever, behave in ways described as Jesus and co’s recorded foe. It’s difficult to square as only coming from psychology. These dreadful backseat-drivers want us to believe their mission: Manipulating us to accept they are with ‘God and/or are gods’ and that we should worship them, before our billions-mass-deaths and their sacrifice to the powers they drink from.
Politics that’s all wrapped up in social structures to come and how we might get there, is inadvertently a distraction from the fight at hand. First and foremost the missing key is genuine awareness that humbles, that up to this point, we’ve been thoroughly duped. Then we gotta care and believe we can overcome in goegraphical regions. And finally, as far as possible, overall enough to stop the take-over. At least deliverance for our times. At least glory for God in the midst. Which must be ‘his will done... as in heaven’. The New World Order could never be this.
We want justice and to care for the poor yet we sheep-along afraid or too stubborn to acknowledge who’s truly pulling the strings of the strung, why and what for - and oppose this. It all keeps us in a prison oblivious to the pulling down of the walls. Our compliance is their invitation and justification. Their bad news is, we’re their disciples by consent. Conned yes, but that’s their power over us supposed second-level bloodlines and people.
All easily mocked as extreme and paranoid but worship God and/or to wake-up politically, properly, is the cry in the wilderness.
Why would a personal love relationship be of value to God, as though our perspective back, freely given, matters? Politics is a material reality but worship and prayer - what’s that about? The common image is an awkward looking jamboree. The strains of songs of praise all sincere. Restrained and politely prim or gloss and gung-ho. JS Bach knocks socks off even now but today, God has a ghetto that attracts less than it loses. Worship services in the main, struggle with nostalgic tones that stumble more than soar.
And why bother? Is God the great egotist and that small-minded to need this? Surely it belittles us and him? It all feels a bit slave-ish and dis-empowering. What's with all this singing and smooching in buildings called church? Or perhaps we can tone it into a more respectable mode or go silent? Or, call the whole-of-all and everything-we-do, worship - and prayer?
Divisions in evangelical church are primarily about what the gathered get up to. The happy and clapping got going with a rediscovery of the 'gifts of the Spirit' at the beginning of the 1900's. Slowly but sure, post-Pentecostal pioneering, blew on confident up until the 80's. By the 90's the Americas, England, parts of China and Africa, pockets of Asia, had grown and but were slowing down, all driven by these soft-rock and speaker events. Prayer for one and all at the end, miraculous expectation. Small groups, the accompanying strategy. Newbies 'came to church' were invariably and somewhat understandably blown away, brought into a 'new life'. Once the wave peaked, differences of practice and theology between gifts or 'not for today' settled into more secure positions. Charismatics (the gifts lot) are the majority but again, have in the main, amicably agreed to differ between moderates and... more exuberant enthusiasts. The other troop, sprung up in the early 90's, looking for a cultural reappraisal and 'alternative worship'. Never big numbers but its influence has morphed many evangelicals into a more circumspect approach with its 'emerging' tag. Birthed in a short burst, using rave music and projectors, now it's moderated along into wider expressions of theology, age-old traditions and practice. Happenings in a contemporary art installation of collective contemplation. A reasonable sounding faith but more open than assertive.
Evangelical or Liberal Christianity is as asleep as the wider pop. I know no publicly out-there outfit or outpost that knows how to tie its shoelaces politically. Absolutely despairing. A remarkably few churches in the States, a handful or so, pipe sounds of freedom. This shown they’re up and alert by at least not taking the - 501c3 - tax break. The UK and Europe? The snoring is intense.
You can see the traps for the evangelical wings in Western lands. The rest of the world follows, mixing in a local mould, and/or persecuted underground. In Anglo-America, Liberal Christianity, now merges more or less, with the Emergent. All caught in the appeasement of cool and calm. Politically soft, building a vain consensus with collectivists.
Charismatics stick to dreams pretending to be prophecy of spectacular growth. If out society-way, keeping on their named and claimed hot-list of issues. They also - mostly - get bottled up into scriptural visions of taking over the nations because of complex and exotic outdated readings from the Bible. Or in similar fashion, conversely believing we must be taken over by the ‘Beast’. Code: cop-out. And Conservative Evangelicals they’re all about winning the church their way, sober minded, though without much faith it will happen. Faithful they're the remnant and this mess of an ‘apostate’ church, is what you get for not sticking with the Reformers... lock-step and preaching; it’s just the way God's decreed it to be.
All over their heads is the awareness we’re bang in the middle of one of those historical life-and death junctions, that’s finally gone global.
The sick ways of the rot at the top are painfully known and taken seriously by the attentive on the alternative edges online, while the church and wider mass - say they don't - but still believe, the TVish version. Nero dressing as an animal eating young people, making his horse an official, lighting up the streets with human torches - off in a psychedelic make-hell-game - this was then? No, this now. Meet the new boss(es), same as the... we just have more ready and waiting electronic bread and circus to suck out the necessary opposing thoughts, talk and action.
Jesus was asked to bow down and worship the devil's purported gains. Jesus gets 'the kingdoms of the world and their splendour' - or so the lie went. Jesus told this voice in manifest form to “go” - which happened - 'and angels came and attended him'.
Without a knowledge of what - and who - we’re being drawn along to wrongly worship and the need to meet our lover who made us - the prognosis is we’re lost. No matter how drenched in the Bible and traditions, no matter how loud we holla. No revelation of the empire that's in pinnacle and culmination mode - equals - no revival for Christ and any rescuing of his human creation to freely get this opportunity.
The early church knew. They lived in a brutality and menace that's historically unearthed. It's subtly hidden in the Gospels and letters, under Jesus instructions to ‘be on guard’. A terrorist occupation from Rome, facilitated by zealots of the law that became hate. All we need to know is they were awake, a beleaguered but resilient body who knew worship in the kind of political reality, that all but so-called conspiracy nuts, are blind to today.
There’s much that should worry us - and money seems like air and blood. Jesus hits them head on saying this ‘chokes the word’ and the outcome is lost. It’s understandable we concern ourselves about the future but it’s what this can do to us and what we do to with it? Add to this our ‘desires for other things’ - the final ‘thorn’.
The opposite is said to be those who hear and accept the word - producing crops, disproportional to the original input.
Anyone who doesn’t take the invasion of secret societies and cabals - headed by the dominant sect - as the greatest threat to one and all is deceived. Unless our individual circumstances challenge this, anyone with relative freedom and health, should get a grip. Look through the facade towards actions that matter. This isn’t so much the case. Each people group and public domain has a few lone spokespersons but in the main - intransigence.
I’m to dig and try my all to live this parable. Must. Hear the word. Consider carefully what I listen to. I need to get this site up looking right. I'm deeply encouraged by James Robertson and his sterling efforts, alongside other blessed sowers.
I want to write up and into our rising liberty. I need to pray like the war is real. And as someone so dear has texted me: allow God.
Much to write, in ways that speak to those not believing like... yet beloved by God on paths for justice.
Soil somewhat about our receptivity, is certainly about our resolve. Jesus spoke in parables to sift the crowd; those with a genuinely seeking heart, a hunger born, a need to know - and - ones who thought they knew better, not care, overtaken by cynicism and pride.
God comes to us, whosoever, yearning one-and-all to repent (change of mind) but cannot guarantee we freely will. This puts forth the conundrum of how can we freely chose to reject God: if we don't see, who is calling.
On to ‘rocky places without much soil’. The word is received enthusiastically but without roots, fades away. The word brings trouble, opposition. With this, we understandably fall away.
Waking up to the criminals behind global crimes, I assumed the lack of more accurate information was only reasonable sounding ignorance. I accepted this was a veil of prejudice, backed up by trust in the smart I fed from. All set among the multitudes who kept up the sensible sounding party. Surely now I got it, so would others?
Wasn’t dissimilar to becoming a Christian, at least in being an outsider. What's different, is the awakening doesn't necessarily affect us, ‘changing the world’ (should as a Christian, but hey...), an assumed dreamboat of a cause - it’s that. Of course it will, and does, touch our lives, but hey “manyana” - maybe tomorrow.
Soon dawns, shaking the intelligent observer out of mainstream slumber into action that matters most, a futile quest. If pride isn’t the big stumbler, fear of persecution will do it. Who wants to live for others? Who truly cares outside of their castle of loved ones? Who has capacity and anyway... goes the confession, “what to do/what’s the point?”. I’m not pretending I’m so different but something in me says otherwise. Someone.
As we outreach in earnest, the outcomes pummel our hope. “There’s an enemy unmasked for the beating” we gush, surely you’re interested, bothered come on, “let’s awaken to the real battle” but all and the mass - it’s in vain.
Depending on our temperament, we more or less believe a smiling face. I know I fall down believing rocky others. I’m also - more than not - lacking soil to overcome, in the face the trouble the call costs, not where I should be.
I have uttermost admiration for the voices in the wilderness. Online words and broadcasters, sowing against the wind. But some have rooted: for here we stand. These are our prophecy today. These are watchman on the lookouts calling us of the invasion.
Reading around Moses, I’m ever rightfully back to needs must. The people of God are now, the people’s God. We face the same enemy. Same attempt to enslave or destroy.
God worked as they moved (or stood still and silent) - for us to co-operate in the war. Worship, intimacy and war. A yearning I sublimate, but this must end. The days are not coming, they're here. Days to so freely pray, must be grabbed. I believe in the miracles of the Bible and the outworking through history. I know God can intervene. God is a warrior who can, and will overcome, if we rise to his call.
God is urgent for action but...
An aroma, an atmosphere - of life or death. These words-a-day are a smell of death to most. I forget this in expecting readers/writers interest. (If you read this having met me, and don't make contact - tis fine. Please know I welcome your comments and think well of y'all).
Back to the farm or the desert? Let's do birds of the air and seeds on the path.
Broad talk: Seeds are words that can produce something. There's a natural dynamic to this that isn't disputed. The battle for word's meaning is the fight of our lives. If words can be interpreted to mean something so obviously contrary, their value lost, so then, are our aspirations to be human. We're living in the accelerated - attempted - reconfiguration of humanity. What's left outside regions, where the religious police aren't upfront and thumping, are the hope of the nations. We have a choice: To take the ground or be taken. If we can get enough 'good soil' seeded, we will see a harvest and the oppressors driven back. For those truthing on line, leaflets or how-soever - it can all seem mighty vain and futile. The appetite for countrywide caring has retreated back, to at best, the local and environmental. This partly shows how we've conceded that 'we' cannot do anything wider or 'save the human'. Any faith is drained on "why give what cannot return the effort?" It stirs us otherwise - but doesn't last overnight. The purely natural explanation is; seed for the ones ready to grow.
The 'birds of the air' eating seeds on the path is first attack. Thinking unseen forces with personality. 'Satan', there's possibilities of over -or- under stating their reach. (Or disbelief this exists at all). 'Some people are like seed upon the path...'. The absence of soil. Jesus could have said something like, "it's all hard and stony" and be done with it. Instead he says our thoughts are interfered with. 'Immediately...' word comes/word snatched. What's that all about?
The idea that 'demons' (another term), are snapping our thinking and dropping thoughts here and there, is not in view. What's mostly exposed in the Bible about the dark side is demonstrated as simply a phenomenon to be wiped up and out, by sold-out disciples, causing magnificent mayhem through prayer and fasting. Our glimpse into understanding, as revealed here, says it's the word they eat, not all kinds of other thoughts we have or they - later revealed - might occasionally manage to directly challenge or put on to us.
The word means the Word, first and foremost. All truth talk parallels this and is the outworking of it. If we have some soil for Jesus - an openness to receive - and we let the words in the ol'book get inside, this parable will prove true. If we're doing anything for the just cause of love, life and liberty, similarly, God will rest on us - as far as room is given - to bring about justice.
Strangers in the night
Just scrubbed today’s. Tomorrow back to format and direction, albeit shorter ones. I have a typewriter now. Ideally I’ll fill an A4 out and scan-up. One hit wonder.
Considering writing up each decade through one artist. Looking at arts influence socio/politically and what central powers did to manipulate this:
30’s - Vaughan Williams; 40’s - Kenneth Patchen; 50’s - Glenn Gould; 60’s - Van Morrison; 70’s - Gregory Isaacs; 80’s - Larry Levan; 90’s - Lauryn Hill; 2000’s - Immortal Technique; 2010’s - The Spooky Men’s Chorale.
Time tight. Peace.
A farmer went out
‘Problem, reaction, solution’ describes the ever-occurring process behind many/most destructive global news-worthy events. The corresponding term, used in the singular is ‘false-flag’. This jumbo of con is the appearance of two or more parties - who, may or may not know, they’re controlled by the same one (or a coalition of co-operating groups and shared aims).
These ‘problems’ are reported as having been caused by destructive non-establishment politicos, a regime regarded as hostile to the assumed Anglo-American aims, or - generally a loaner - with personal motives to kill, usually indiscriminately. The reaction and solution are the traitors appearing as protectors.
It’s a conspiracy, which adding the word ‘theory’ was first pushed out by these manipulator’s operatives, working in every major news and media outlet, after the JFK assassination. The parable of the sower breaks down exactly how this works, how the sound and reception of this label alone, can achieve its contrived purpose.
Regardless of beliefs religious or not, this parable lifts the lid. Specific applications in essentially ‘praying the word’ and receiving the harvest, also allow for broader revelations illustrating the psycho/physiological dynamics we all experience. Nevertheless, the parable’s central exposure and call is how this deception works on the church.
The farmer didn’t stay in, do nothing and watch the seeds, if they grow at all, get nowhere. The farmer didn’t sow the seeds and muse the cyclical-karma of life. The farmer didn’t only wait for nature to do its stuff in some kind of forest garden - no, the-farmer-went-out...
Jesus-believers have keys to the seed vault. The underlying principles analogies for various aspects of the info-war. It’s possible to attempt a purely materialistic application but this is for those who can ‘hear’. The first word of this parable Jesus is emphatic: “Listen....”
Over many days I’m going to stick on this one and also finish those three questions and answers in the battle in the desert.
For a Bible-user, it doesn’t help if we believe God is what we assume ‘67God’ must be: a concept firmly established in the ancient world from Greeks, Pagan (Stoics), Romans and through and on. Rather another view that traditionally, for the 7/most part’s been dismissed, makes a clear logical claim: we don’t reap because we don’t sow. Do we read what we think God should be into the text from common notions, or do we let the Bible tell us who God surprisingly - is? And in a world that works correspondingly so?
To go with Augustine and on, could be the equivalent of accepting that God somehow is the problem, and the reaction, and the solution. When God isn’t the first one (if in it - protesting), a necessity for the second, and the one-and-all reason for the third. So-often disregarded in the work-out of life for those with what’s termed a ‘classical view’ although particularly easier to understand with Arminianism. Whatever... I’m not writing to try and deliver those with reasons not to pray, prophecy and preach for change: We does or - don’t, and rightly grieve. That’s what matters. I struggle to, and for the most part haven’t prayed, but there’s one thing the true shock of what’s really-what has done: galvanise - that I must and am(-ish). I'm preaching self-ways here - “hearing you God”.
End on today’s Oswald (Chambers):
‘Our Lord has told us how love to Him is to manifest itself. “Lovest thou Me?…Feed My sheep” — identify yourself with My interests in other people, not, identify Me with your interests in other people. 1 Corinthians 13:4-8 gives the character of this love, it is the love of God expressing itself. The test of my love for Jesus is the practical one, all the rest is sentimental jargon.’
All the bible is meant. Yet some parts are said to be key or by inference - gotta be got first, or most - more fully light.
Jesus said about the parable of the sower, if you don’t get this one, you won’t understand any. Similarly his first and somewhat only one-on-one with central demonic, involved three questions: The bypassing of nature and leading from the pit, the first; presumption not faith the second, followed by; the exposure of the underlying strategy: worship of the beast or self, or any-which idol, anything but our beautiful lover and life-maker.
‘Pit?’ - o’hell: nasty inspirer of all that’s cruel and twisted, a place wicked personalities without bodies, wallowing in twisted celebration. This adjunct of life. Them want to be, what they cannot be, but refuse to accept or fully believe otherwise. Before I take a ramble through heaven on the way to earth, in this wilderness rumble, lets see where this is expanded in ‘the sower’. Our one-stop instruction manual to what... isn’t - is, what’s not going on - happening, to what turns stony resistance into the living bread and material or other... miracles.
I can only mange a snippet a day, ‘such large crowds gathered’. You could argue they were bored back then without the box and papers, dumb ancients fascinated in congregating to any old sage. ‘Life of Brian’ is not a lot better than any other movie at capturing those days but there’s much to commend and it spoke deeply in my calling from and to God, (Pasolini’s ‘Matthew’ a less so, but the other). The bit in ‘Brian’ that caught my little stoned and yearning self , were the speakers are all having a go. As fictitious portraits go, it still had some power. Truth: it was New World Order brutal, crippling tax upon tax. Crucifixions were their false-flag blasts to scare the pop into slaving mind control. Today - let’s all vomit in unison - smarty and pants, the uber-stoopid and dunny matter lot, "we got the cameras and money without much trouble" (some even go - haha). Tragically scoffing, pleasure pumped out in weekend mags etc - “enjoy now, for tomorrow...”. Idiot winds. Smug idolatry of tasteful aesthetics, or a sex barney, or a crack-pipe and - ohhhhhh, we are eating ourselves. These cynic crap-pipes make such 'interesting canvases and cinema'. (This is what happens if I read a mag from a weekend paper - on a rant).
Death to their mantra.
No more now, life is bigger and better than this. Please repent.
A most dreadful wake-up: The realisation a small group of people want to destroy the world as we know it. A coward new world: manageable numbers of re-engineered people for a tiny elite to experiment on and develop their life-extension technology and whatever other demonic riddled dreams they’re driven towards. It’s all too much to believe? All too next generation?
Sadly it’s all too evident. Ample documents and reliable testimony demonstrate these long-held plans sit beneath the collectively understood surface. This cult of cults with super-gone-stupid intelligence, are keen that we’re slowly enlightened of their intentions to complete the process, in the disciplines and drama of the metaphysical mania they bow to. More than enough financial-based power in the grip of a twisted sickness. They hate us and love hate. They’re cut-off from even the poshest of crowds, dead but sort of alive. They’re consumed, defying this world in a convoluted thinking that they’re here to bring about the next one. A blind obsession to overcome, their one threat: exposure to the fear of - and - the living God in Jesus.
You can easily discern which of us common ones truly understand this life and death ruse; those who take the shock in a life-changing breakdown. Conversely, and best to - rise up.
At first when we shake out the slumber, the following surprise dawns, this knowledge hasn’t managed to become a community concern. Where’s the shocking alarm, on the way to becoming a movement, transcending different ideas about how to organise society politically? The uprising that at first we read and take heart online in shoots and roots, after a while with familiarity, gives way to intimidation at the walls of blunt apathy in our neighbourhood and circles. We can see the multiple psycho-socio traps, biasing us too-normal, domesticated helpless, hypnotised through suits and skirts on screen.
We talk to others, they smile some, but spin off complacent. The final attack is past this stage; rejection drains us and we begin to sense a giving up among those, once or still, calling out the deceptions. We realise that we’re so few standing. We need heart and soul to care it matters... we care.
CS Lewis ‘Screwtape’ supposes the demons match our weak-spots and foibles to tailored temptations, pulling us back from action that matters. What if, there is this degree of pressure sourcing archetypes and our oldest fears, somehow able to stitch us up and snag us down? How does it work and what can we do? How come the limitations of scope?
The enemy lets some of this out here; ‘tell these stones to become bread’. A request exposing the target and our weapons. The enemy has to get - us, to ‘do’. Christ refusal is about trust in being led to act and not addressing the thief’s voice outside of this. No need to respond anew because the answer has been already been given. ‘It’s written’ - we don’t only live by food alone. In God we live and move and are fed. In the reception of these particular notes and sounds, symbols of information and knowledge, we have the answers.
This to the assertion that deep evil wants to turn almost everything into something other and bypass the entropy of life and miracle of nature. With this re-creation there would be no need for God’s original; sow, grow, eat, multiply and be well. No need for anyone but the trans-humanists lording over matter. Wired up satisfaction, a testimony to these selves who become some demonic drugged-up fantasy.
The Bible promises otherwise. The Bible doesn’t say how or when. The Bible is the enemy of humanities enemy. Followers, directly or otherwise, are in a battle to sow and reap something else. Reverse the motion these closeted controllers are pushing us on, to call a new hope, to call on God. To sow the word.
Then Jesus was led up to the wilderness by the Spirit, to be tempted by the Devil, and having fasted forty days and forty nights, afterwards he did hunger. And the Tempter having come to him said, `If Son thou art of God - speak that these stones may become loaves.
(Matthew 4 -Young's Literal)
Unlike many ancient myths, the Biblical God doesn’t have need to personally communicate with non-human opposition. People are made, to be remade, to speak to all creation. To, and in God, recreate the new humanity. In part, and as far as, towards the fullness. The calling in and bringing forth. A new earth will be God’s doing alone but for now, we’re his body to bring about these acts of the disciples. In preparation, a rescue mission. We’re here to collaborate with God, to break through - and push back the dark deception. And one day, the annihilation of this virus in creation will be fully complete. And eternal life gifted, to whosoever and as many. Out of the death of Jesus, in the face of, for justice integrity. A wide as mercy can extend, in light of what Jesus did. And God ‘seen’, cannot but be worshipped and loved. But yet we choose. And we need to be able to stand in such splendour... the word is - glory.
And Jesus chose.
‘For this purpose Christ was revealed, to destroy the works of the evil one’
Noting exceptional Job - not to be understood outside of the Cross and Christ - there’s one recorded encounter of significant disclosure. Exposing the darkness. No negotiation, but here to allow us to see the ways of the war, behind the wars. For Jesus to freely fight and win the first big battle. Into the wilderness he’s led. Here, there’s less distraction for the demons. Devils are drawn to the blood of beasts, and the magnet of their torment: humans. This endeavour, in the power of the other God-head on earth, would isolate the opposition and present Christ alone from other people. One man, in a body, a person and God.
Swarms of demons around about, this one manifestation, the one who lit the rebellion and shattered the ‘all good’.
‘Diabolos’ - ‘to throw, divide, cut across, strike through’. This monster and minions of sorts, is driven to tell people what they are, in a lying vision. To separate individuals through accusation of guilt, and deny and rally the call; there’s no redemption, hope and future. The roots of hate, the antitheses of the love, of the one who made us.
Lies from the start ‘If... (‘assuming you are’).
‘This will strike your head’ was said by God in response to the first moves by Satan in the poetic allegory of the garden. This Christ and God will come. The seed of the earliest man and woman is going to produce this in a combination of heaven and earth. One who’ll suffer, as ‘you will strike his heel’. God tells this free-falling angel their end is coming. Doubtless the devil knew this man from Galilee... was the Christ.
Jesus became a person, and in the limitations on earth, experiences the unfolding of a self-revelation of who he fully was, and what he came to do.
Now in a desert, a request from the other-side, the voice of the one that has to be stopped but that only be achieved this way, for life to continue, in the dynamics of creation’s freedoms.
Language is the intrinsic fabric of the living. The universes make-up and glue. It’s also the way of change. The way of much of what prayer is for. Our way to win.
Not ‘think’, but say, ‘tell, these stones to become bread’.
To be continued... And how does this apply to the revelation, the socia-political awoken receive - and - for this purpose: to overcome the material enemies, for a tomorrows world?
Richard Wurmbrand had zeal for Marx, such that he was imprisoned a number of times for his activism in 30’s Romania. He was one of Moscow’s best, a pious revolutionary. By the end of the decade he got increasingly desperate and in a period of isolation and the cruel grime of the cell, lungs sick, cried out to the God - or whatever was, or maybe wasn’t there - to survive the threat not to get out of prison alive. Did, and out living with Christians, read the Bible which finally flicked the switch, God seemed present and Richard went crazy for Christ. Fourteen more years inside, this time for his former comrade’s enemy. Saul becomes Paul. Rich became a poor millionaire.
One time did a three stretch in solitary, shackles chains and a sermon a day to the unseen. The sound of angels. One for broad swathes of folk and diverse stories that refuses to put fences around God. It was all gulag-ed up, pitiful, poetic, grueling and dread. Sardonic and anger, compassion. How he didn’t die doesn’t make medical sense. Comes out to the overground church, and like Solzhenitsyn, never quite acclimatises to the shock of prison without bricks. Lardy-dardy t.v.’s and malls, by-passed the obviously physical punish but bled dark undercurrents, deeper oppression. When them men say worse and more oppressive, the divs think they’re using hyperbole. They sighed grateful at the obvious chimes of freedom but knew inside they were facing mental-sickness on steroids. Awake know this, as hidden in plain view. Awake know who-ish and why. Awake are those who see, what it takes years, to beat out the blind. Jesus said it in a joke about camels and needles. Complacency breeds...
Him and misses troop the globe, talk to and meet, any little or large group, open to pray, and pay towards alleviating the now burgeoning hounded for hymns world-over. Ever touring, always a full-on, sound like it’s his last, gently urgent, important yet freshest talk. Unstoppable humour in the tragedy he explored, miraculous last-stand hope. Evangelicals with their un-biblical/heresy detectors were unable to easily or openly quibble at his quirky and cutting studies. His authority came from action reminiscent of the early church, his thinking untamed by contemporaneity loyalties or neat traditional streams. Nobody couldn’t be charmed and unsettled by his presence and output. Man was whirlwind, buckled, tall, unassuming yet unsettling - full-up of love. Sabine herself up front and kicking alongside him now, front-seat, praying no doubt. Quiet, serene. Fighter...
To be continued but keeping clock on these posts. Tomorrow, round two.
End on a word for me, an early Lasha Darkmoon poem, snuck out tonight, on this word-slinger, and all round heads-above commentator’s site.
Stand fast, stand fast/in the love I give you./Be not entangled/in the stranger’s net./See, I forgive you/Let this love last/and let/the moon be strangled. I have driven away sin/I have made/you clean/I have destroyed/your fetters. Be not afraid/to begin/again. Avoid/the kiss of the unclean.
In thee, O LORD, do I put my trust: let me never be put to confusion.
Failing is one thing, faking another. In surveying Russian ‘church’ (authorities and congregations of believers), the pop. notion that pro and sincere – vs – anti and corrupt sums up Jesus way and will (or not), isn’t righteous level judgment.
In Thee, O Jehovah, I have trusted, Let me not be ashamed to the age.
I almost don’t want to look for finding more to ache about. Although this website is for pain and prayer and, God willing, answers to celebrate with thanks and praise.
In You, O Lord, do I put my trust and confidently take refuge; let me never be put to shame or confusion.
I’m hopeful there’s quality perhaps even quantity, fiery, sure-flawed but effective, free from the worst-stumbling-block believers. That Putin and some in their palaces aren’t so deceived Satan-wise. That people in the pews haven’t let traditions tip into overwhelming inoculation. Vladimir sounding street-preacher punches; “So, you want to worship Satan? By all means, but leave Russia out of it. Rest assured that I will be your worst nightmare. You can quote me on that.” Biblical promises and my utter conviction says, if this got proper Godly truth to it, we have one of the reasons why and how the demolition of the NWO – at least in its current manifestation and reach – is underway. And what about Solzhenitsyn? Jonas E. Alexis (‘Alexander Solzhenitsyn on Western Decadence and Its Remedy’) cites this commending gusher; “I have already given my approval to Vladimir Putin. If you appreciate my writings, then you are seeing them in action in the life of Putin. If you call him a Hitler, then I am also a Hitler. Is that the route that you want to take?” I assume (can’t corroborate) this was said. The later part of the quote is relatively self-evident but the embodiment of Aleksandr’s calls for justice against tyranny requires discernment from the evidence and if possible, a word from the mind of Christ. (Should note, according to his last (leaked) interview with a US ambassador Burns, four months before dying ‘…his wife, Natalya, (who) followed the conversation carefully, (and) did not hesitate to contradict her husband when she thought it necessary’).
So what? Well, Plant a Seed, so-what? How to pray for Putin and peeps is one ‘what’. Another, is for light to convict. Oh, and maybe a ‘thus saith the Lord or two?’.
Revising the first – take aim and stir up any saints reading this to cry out loudly urgent. First call. Four chapters in, ‘At that time people began to call on the name of the LORD’.
Therefore I’ll plug away at this seen-Red landscape. The Russian Orthodox Church I’ve appreciated in the past, a place for material and mysterious sanctuary. Its been a landing-ground for disenfranchised evangelicals. Leadership is male and big fella up the front gobbledygook is not light and life but like us all/denominations, tis a mixed-bag. There’s also their bearish side against diversity and and non-conformity.
Talking of which: Need to crack into some stumbling prayer but must investigate and light-up Richard Wurmbrand and so-sadly, the now-found-shocker; the organistaion he founded has been squandering the lucre and recently managed a far from straight forward scandal around the man he put in charge of the crew. Astonishing, even for the born-again-ers.
The late Wurmbrands were the first loud voices of the modern persecuted church. Upsetter of various doctrinal police stations but in the main accepted as the unmistakably credible. Systematic and neat theology was shaken out of Richard in the torture and squalid prisons over fourteen years. I put him among a few shiners who I read without refrain. Famous for good reason. The likes of Thomas Merton, Bonhoeffer, ok… Solzhenitsyn, Amy Carmichael, better add – Jim Elliot, Keith Green and to keep the women represented… a live one… Katherine Albrecht. Oh Oswald Chambers and… on and on.
They were and are, more or less in their own way, experimenters. People who, for me, sometimes get it wrong but without that risk to freely put forth and out, wouldn’t hit the seams of gold and rays bright. Richard W was resolutely individual in outlook, at times, converse to the prevailing. Not least in combining openness yet courage to roar face on without smudging tough lines. He posited visions of corruption now owned by disciples of the awake.
One who rightly pushes the loss into mediocrity, uniform and collective death is Jon Rappoport. Yesterday he wrote re Drudge and Jones, ‘elites rule by engendering sameness. That is their sacred mission’. Read this polemic for war and peace, we need these jolts for the better.
Like the indiscriminate unnecessary judgement of individuals, the opposite; trusting others, is categorically exposed as foolish in the Bible. One is about not knowing our own state of heart, the other, mistaking what we expect to see in someone else. Having said this, the sickness that rages in the city of the oppressor must be preached against. And God ‘laughs’ (more literally ‘mocks’) at/the wicked ones. Although God knows, it isn’t funny (as if).
Words of God for faith, repetition and war. And Victory. Psalm 2.
I’m going to write daily. A word I had at the start of my apocalypse of understanding a handful of years ago: contribute in taking the space or it’ll be taken.
Yesterday two, much maligned, but magnificent men met. Matt Drudge and Alex Jones. They spoke of our sickness and the need to defend the ground for healing and freedom. This is my stand to encourage all to do likewise. The other strand is fuel prayer-wise. I like what Matt said. He spoke of disregard in necessarily being liked or influenced therein. His passion for life and liberty, his mind, his way. This, more than enough. Therefore, I will eschew my urge to reticently curb the expression and edit indulgence. I write like I will and understand it’s likely swallowed (if at all) as pompous prattle, and not read through or encourage return visits. Brill, if necessary, but hopefully not. Not my point or prob. It’s to God I cry and against the principalities, I live to hate and see defeated. Prophecy and praise, to and for, the reason I believe. The one true…
Once the site is built, I’ll have this ‘daily waffle-on bit’ quietly – almost hidden – linked, but not promoted. The main pitch will be regular accessible, readers-considered, structured articles up-front, that begin with a scripture and end with a prayer. Going public, this unedited early morning rant-on aims to keep my humility up and – paradoxically – pretensions down. It’s a one-sitting, smash it out. For coming up to a year, I’ve commented almost exclusively on; Aangirfan, Tapnewswire, Darkmoon and – in personal compadre – on James Robertson’s Crimes of Empire.
As the posts appear, a year later-on, God-willing, I’ll re-look at what I wrote (in similar stylee to this) and re-use as a platform to rewind/re-mix. From now on as I comment, I’ll do any add-on’s here, as I go.
Time is short. “Stop reading this now and try DIY” (if not already). Or start like me, comment below (please email me until there's a comment form, mark@...).
Oswald Chambers has a face-reading unusual line, in preaching; we should embrace disillusionment. (The Discipline Of Disillusionment). Jesus did not commit Himself unto them for He knew what was in man. — John 2:24-25
I’ll be looking at this in the struggle to discern, ‘Putin and Russia’s relationship to God and Jesus people’. Including Solzhenitsyn, and decisively Richard Wurmbrand. I started on it yesterday. Intending to keep the time and text limited on these daily’s and yet, in the need to clear the decks, I post unfinished and unedited:
Ps 44:22 “I love Jesus” – why, and who is this person? Sexuality, someone’s people, politics, religion, can all bring ideological persecution. Honesty and freedom; stirring madness, to the point of violence. Jealous, fearful and angry. Sick on hatred, possibly fuelled by stimulants. Driven by allegiance to a mega-maniac. Racked and wretched. Lost and in a defiance against life. Something seething through the desperate and deadly. This isn’t animal, it isn’t humanity’s design – it’s death wanting death. Evil, defined as beyond our capacity alone, primed and perpetrated by forces from a hellish domain.
“Jesus”: A declaration currently estimated to invite murder for about six people a day.
On August 28th 2015, a dozen were herded into the middle of their unarmed village outside Aleppo, Syria. The target was the man who pioneered nine new congregations. These blaspheming warped so-called Muslims, started on a 12 year old. Beating and cutting off his fingertips. His dad, and team leader of these peace-loving church-planters, goaded to respond. Silence, resistance, tears for sure. Three men joined the boy for a beating until they’re all racked up on crosses. The other eight ‘aid workers’ – including two young women – were taken to another part of the village and asked to ‘return to Islam (sic)’. After raping the women before a crowd they’re all beheaded and hung up like their saviour. Reports claim they were praying, one of the women, said to be ‘almost smiling’ as she repeated that name in the faith that caused this.
No… the one who opposes and ultimately defeated this, suffers, fighting in the battle alongside us, until we reverse these and every offensive we can. In the midst and is our striving lover. This is never said to be God’s doing but purpose: we overcome.
